You have 24hrs upon receiving your order to request an exchange or a refund from the time you
received your order. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be inedible or incorrect and in the same
condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the email confirmation or order ticket number.

Exchanges & Refunds

Once we receive or review your case, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received
your refund request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after review of
the case. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method
